This policy keeps return handling clear for both procurement teams and operations.

Return Eligibility

  • Standard return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition unless defect-related.

Return Authorization

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required before shipping items back.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom, special-order, hazardous, clearance, and opened consumable items may be non-returnable unless required by law.

Restocking and Return Freight

Restocking fees or return freight deductions may apply when return cause is not seller error.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or account credit after returned goods are inspected.

Exchanges

Eligible exchanges follow the same RMA flow and are subject to current inventory availability.
