This policy sets predictable shipping and delivery expectations for business buyers.

Processing Window

Most stocked items are released to carrier within 1 to 3 business days after payment authorization.

Delivery Estimates

Transit estimates are non-guaranteed unless explicitly documented on a service-level commitment.

Partial Shipments and Backorders

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages when items are staged in different facilities.
  • Backordered items are shipped when available unless canceled by the buyer.

Freight and Special Handling

Oversized, hazardous, or liftgate-required shipments may require additional lead time and fees.

Address Accuracy

Buyers are responsible for correct delivery details. Re-delivery or re-route costs caused by incorrect data may be charged.

Damaged or Missing Shipment Claims

Damage or shortage issues must be reported promptly with photos and shipment identifiers so a carrier claim can be started.
