Roles & Permissions
| Role | Can Do |
|---|---|
| Admin | Manage team members, addresses, controls, billing settings, and place orders. |
| Buyer | Place orders and run purchasing workflows, but cannot manage users or billing settings. |
| Viewer | Read-only access to orders, billing visibility, and account activity. |
Operational Rules
| Rule | How It Works |
|---|---|
| Role changes | Only Admins can change member roles. |
| Member removal | Only Admins can remove members. |
| Admin management | Admins can manage other admins. |
| Admin safety guard | At least one active Admin must always remain. |
| Self-access changes | Members cannot modify their own access from this page. |
| Default invite role | New invites default to Buyer unless changed at invite time. |
